Innovation Camp - The China Challenge

The Innovation Camp is meant for students to connect closer ties with companies and get insigt into actual challenges that the companies deal with in their attempts to enter the Chinese market. During the camp you will be introduced to the methodolygy called “Strategic Design Thinking” and work with the company challenges through this approach. 

To sum up, what you will get out of participating in the camp is insigt into the Chinese market, work with actual company challenges and stregnthen your connection to the Danish business community and get credentials useful for your future resume.

Due to confidentiality we are not allowed to elaborate on the specific company challenges, but only mention what the companies will focus on during the Innovation Camp.  

Midtnet Kina

The Midtnet Kina programme is an innovation programme, which supports ideas that meet demands from the Chinese market. The objective is to create so-called “innovation collaborations” between three small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and a knowledge institution (a university etc.).

The idea is draw on the synergies between the collaborators and create new products and/or solutions. The overall goal is to help SMEs carry out their good ideas, strengthen the participating companies’ competitiveness and export potential and the long-term perspective is to increase exports to China as well as the rest of the world.

It’s possible to achieve funding for the development and testing of new products and/or solutions with up to 400.000 Kr. per project, and the focus areas are:

  • Foodstuffs

  • Energy & environment

  • Advanced production and industry

  • Creative industries, Information and Communications Technology and tourism
