Bech-Bruun’s department for EU-law, defence regulation and public procurement renders advice to large Danish and non-Danish enterprises within the field of special security and defence i.e. on participation in tender procedures, drafting of tenders, tender optimization, tender cooperation strategies, quality assurance of tenders, as well as strategic and legal aspects of the participation in tender procedures and other negotiation procedures regarding the supply and services of defence related products.
Bech-Bruun has several specialized lawyers who are primarily focused in the areas of defence and security as well as IT procurement and has extensive experience in the complex processes of those areas as well as matters relating to tender procedures and contracts.
We are of course also highly experienced in conducting legal proceedings concerning procurement law disputes on behalf of our clients before the Danish courts and the Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
