Privacy policy and storage of your data

When signing up for a membership, your company gives CenSec permission to store your company information, mail correspondence with CenSec and registered participations in events in a safe CRM system (Podio), which only employees at CenSec have access to. Podios servers are located in Denmark.

We will use your data for the promotion of news, tenders, and our events, that we deem could be of interest to you. You can at any given time unsubscribe from this information by contacting our secretariat. Consult our webpage for more information https://censec.dk/kontakt/medarbejdere/. You have the right to know which information CenSec has about you, and to have them corrected or even deleted, if CenSec has no further reason to keep them. You have the right to deny the use of your data for any promotion of other events. CenSec stores information about participants of our events as documentation.

CenSec does not sell your information to third party entities, but we can be obliged to disclose company information such as company name, address, and company registration number (VAT number) to the Danish Board of Business Development and the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.
The Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science will, when requested, supply information to the InnovationDenmark database for statistical and scientifical purposes.
The Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science will, when requested, inform who has had access to this database. Further questions about the InnovationDenmark database can be directed at the secretariat of the Innovation Network or the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science.
