This webinar aims to provide insights and build capacity for participating as a partner in EU consortia, including Horizon Europe, the European Defence Fund, and other EU programs.

Participants will receive guidance on how to strategically position their company or research group as visible and desirable partners in EU projects.

Additionally, there will be an overview of relevant forums, networks, and events, along with tips for engaging in brokerage and matchmaking events.

 

Target audience: The event is open to companies, researchers, and anyone interested in partner positioning in EU projects

    Framing the challenges and approaches of becoming a partner in EU consortia.
  • Strategic and practical insights from an SME in EU project partnerships (15 min)
    Rheasoft's Kim Gammelgaard shares insights on EU project partnerships from an SME perspective, including strategic approaches and practical experiences.
  • Strategic and practical insights from a large company in EU project partnerships (15 min)
    Terma's Séverin Schnepp presents the strategic approach and practical experiences of a large company in partnering within EU projects, offering valuable lessons for effective participation.
  • Brokerage and matchmaking for EU projects (10 min)
    Tools, techniques, and key platforms for effective participation in brokerage and matchmaking events, essential for inclusion in EU project consortia within the defense, space, and security sectors.
  • Q&A and discussion with speakers (10 min)
    An open session for participants to pose questions directly to the speakers.
