This webinar is the first in the six-part series "EU funding for cybersecurity actors," designed to equip Danish cybersecurity stakeholders with strategies to successfully secure and utilize EU funding. By addressing key questions on aligning internal processes with EU priorities, this session will guide participants in developing a strategic, long-term perspective on funding.

9:00 - 9:10 Welcome and introduction 

Context of the webinar and brief overall presentation of relevant funding programmes for cyber actors.

9:10 - 9:20 Internal organizational assessment 

Participants will be guided through a self-assessment process to evaluate their organization's innovation readiness, business viability, and maturity level.

9:20 - 10:00 Success stories: learning from real-world examples

In this segment, participants will hear from two organizations that have successfully navigated the EU funding process.

• A larger actor will provide insights into how they have integrated EU funding into their long-term business strategy, with a focus on scalability and sustained success over multiple funding cycles
