We consolidate the organizational management expertise into a common, operational unit through the implementation of a leadership codex. This is a set of guidelines that all leaders – both current and future – in the organization follow in the exercise of their leadership.

This leadership codex constitutes a significant component in the organization’s ESG description under “G” and serves as guidelines in accordance with Section 115, point 4 of the Companies Act.
